Stew

Made chaplang stew for dinner today:)
Pork knuckle and crackling we got from Morrisons dirt cheap!

We also put celery, potatoes and carrots. See mummy? I eat healthy here, don’t worry:)


Oh, talk about healthy, this morning i had yogurt with cut peaches and crumbled oat biscuits! So healthy right? I also cannot believe i'm so inspired to eat well!

Anyway, we just dumped everything in the pot, threw in a cocktail of seasonings, let it cook and went mandi..

Stew done! *nomnom*
